    Arbalou Harpago/Prèle for Horses is composed of 90% harpagophytum, rich in harpagosides, traditionally used for horses with joint stiffness and following tendon and ligament issues. Additionally, it contains 10% horsetail, a plant rich in silica, to strengthen the connective tissues of the horse.

    • Relieves inflammation and painful joints in horses, particularly in cases of arthritis. Harpagophytum for horses also helps alleviate pain related to sprains or tendonitis.

    Joints are composed of several bones, cartilage, and ligaments, allowing for mobility in most cases. After significant and repeated efforts, connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and cartilage) can become damaged, affecting the horse's performance and comfort, creating specific nutritional needs.

    • Silica is essential for the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans, which are found abundantly in cartilage. A deficiency in silica can lead to arthritis in your horse, caused by an issue with cartilage regeneration. Horses need silica-rich nutrients, which is why Horsetail is beneficial, as it supports the joint and bone system.

    Harpagophytum helps to relieve inflammation in your horse's locomotor system during joint stiffness. It also helps relieve rheumatism in older horses. The root of harpagophytum is recommended to provide comfort and flexibility to the joints of horses with joint stiffness and also in older horses.

    Horsetail is recommended to relieve pain and swelling due to trauma, and it is also an ally in treating joint pain in horses. It helps with the reconstruction of cartilage. For horses, it improves tendon flexibility and protects them during intense efforts.

    Arbalou Harpagophytum/Horsetail for Horses is 100% plant-based, designed for the locomotor well-being of your horse.

    Arbalou Harpagophytum and Horsetail for Horses:

    • Horses: ⅔ dose per day
    • Ponies: ½ dose per day
    • A 25-day course, to be repeated if necessary.

    Doping product: Stop administration at least 72 hours before a race or competition.

    If needed, switch to the syringe: Arbalou Art Flash Non-doping. Administer on the day of effort to provide your horse with joint flexibility and protection thanks to Hyaluronic acid, Willow, and Meadow Sweet. The combination of antioxidants (Vitamin E, C, and Selenium) allows the horse to recover better after exertion.     Sur chaque étiquette et fiche technique des compléments alimentaires de la boutique Arbalou, vous trouverez les indications suivantes :

    • Dosage cheval : correspond à un cheval de 600 kg
    • Dosage poney : correspond à un poney D de 400 kg

    Ces dosages sont des moyennes. Il est donc facile de les adapter en fonction du poids de votre animal.

    Comment ajuster le dosage de chaque complément alimentaire pour chevaux ?

    Si votre cheval ou votre poney ne correspond pas exactement à ces poids de référence, adaptez le dosage proportionnellement. Exemple avec Arbalou Phytoflex :

    • Cheval de 600 kg → 1 dose pleine
    • Poney D de 400 kg → ½ dose
    • Cheval de 500 kg → ¾ de dose
    • Poney B : 1m30, environ 300 kg → ⅓ de dose
    • Cheval de 800 kg → 1 dose ¼
